To make sure you've completed all of your state requirements for getting your Utah Driver's License please fill out the checklist below

You do not need to wait for a reply to this checklist submission, this is just to confirm you have met all the requirements before going to the DMV

Are you a Current/Former Wright Driving School Customer?

Before you head to the DMV, please fill out the form to confirm you are ready to get your license

Check all the Driver's Ed requirements you have completed
Had your learners permit for more than 6 months
Completed a Driver's Education Class (Online or In-Person)
Passed the mandatory Traffic Safety and Trends Exam on the DMV website.
If you have not taken this you can take it here: https://secure.utah.gov/dlexams/
Completed 3 Driving Sessions with an instructor
Passed a State Driving Skills Test with a 3rd Party Instructor or the DMV
